As an accomplished Construction Manager with over forty (40) years of project design and construction experience, Ken has held various design, design-build and construction management roles throughout his career. He has effectively managed and led the design development, pre-construction and construction efforts across many construction project types which includes 2.9 million sq. ft. of industrial and commercial office, 130 international retail locations and multi-housing development.

Ken’s ability to analyze projects as both a designer and a constructor provides a unique level of insight for Clients especially during the Basis of Design, Value Engineering and Constructability Analysis phases. His technical approach to construction has afforded him a highly qualified skillset and his areas of expertise includes design management, project execution planning, cost and constructability analysis, value maximization & engineering, contract negotiation and project planning/scheduling.

Borko holds over a decade of real estate experience and is a seasoned real estate and business developer. Over the last 10+ years, Borko has developed or redeveloped over $100 million worth of real estate in Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas with focus on cost efficiencies without sacrifice to quality or esthetics. Borko brings that energy, resourcefulness and focus to current and prospective clients of PRC.

In his role with PRC, Borko is responsible for developing relationships with existing and potential owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers. Borko attended Moravian College where we graduated at top of his class with 4.0 GPA and honors in double major of Mathematics and Financial Economics.
